Every day on stage!!!

We spent more time on stage these days than ever. Performances are what we live for - so we are happy and enjoy day by day!!!
Our outreach program fascinates the children. They always ask so many questions after the events!
I hope they will all become patrons of the arts when they are adults!

Make-up at ABC

Our dancers are very flexible in all situations and can even turn a back-stage table into a full make-up studio!

Another performance today!!!

Another 2 performances of Yuki Onna today in the American Theater!
Even in the break between them Kaori, Takuto and Chika work with Rio on perfection.
People just love the performance and Karolee said: " From the wonderful ballet itself to the costumes, the use of folk music, folk dance influence, even folk instruments, every aspect of your performance was wonderful." What a great comment!

Urashima Taro get's ready in costumes

Exciting steps and great new costumes fill the studio of ABC, where Rio rehearses with our dancers.
Highlights will be shown of Urashima Taro for the first time this Sunday in Omotesando.
Can't wait to see it on stage. Finally, after many many rehearsals we can show it to the public.
Sunday, Feb 28, 2010, at the stage of TUC.

Sayaka our pianist plays a concert, Sunday, Feb 21, 2010

What a beautiful concert from Sayaka!
It is good to hear Chopin again after having performed Les Sylphides a couple of months ago...
The steps were before our eyes, while Sayaka played and played and played.
The audience loved her and I can't wait to her her again - in ballet class, yeah!!!

Yuki Onna Performance on Saturday, Feb 20, 2010

What a day today!
The people in the American Theater really loved Yuki Onna - two performances in a row!!!
Yayoi was clearly a favorite of the young kids who watched her.
The sandwiches at the end saved our lifes!!!
